1st Annual Miss Muscatine Cookbook, "Healthy in a Hurry". Cookbooks are here and ONLY $10! Order yours today! Please contact Kindra Plett, Executive Director.
This cookbook is published by Morris Press Cookbooks. Morris Press Cookbooks is the nation's largest cookbook publisher and cookbook fundraiser. You can expect a high quality book filled with healthy recipes that you can make in a flash!
In 2007 the Miss America Organization announced a formal partnership with the Children's Miracle Network. As part of that partnership every contestant on the local, state and national level will be required to do fundraising for CMN through personal website donation sites located at www.missamerica4kids.org. Each contestant will go to this website to create an account and begin the fundraising process by automatically sending emails to family, friends and community members with the link to her site where you can donate online. Local contestants are required to raise $100 for CMN/MAO for each local competition they compete in. State contestants must raise $250 and as a national contestant you must raise $500. Each year Miss America will be the national Goodwill Ambassador for CMN.
