Miss Muscatine's
Outstanding Teen Program

The Miss Muscatine Scholarship Program is proud to sponsor the Miss Muscatine Outstanding Teen program! This program is designed to help the participants grow and develop as future Miss Muscatine contestants.  Two Outstanding Teen titles will be awarded in 2010 - Muscatine's Outstanding Teen and Pearl City's Outstanding Teen.  Specific requirements for the Outstanding Teen age division and paperwork may be viewed and downloaded by clicking the "TEEN" link to the left.

To become a contestant in the Muscatine's Outstanding Teen Program, a girl must be:
 
bulletA citizen of the United States
bulletReside or go to school in IOWA
bulletMeet the age requirements for the Miss America's Outstanding Teen Program
 
bulletOutstanding Teen contestants must be between the ages of 13 and 17 by the local competition and will not turn 18 on or before August 31.  The seventeen year old must still be a junior in high school and not eligible to compete for a Miss title prior to the state pageant.
